Dirige la guerra secreta contra las drogas ilegales en América del Sur! Haz la guerra contra capos de la droga con armas avanzadas tales como cazas F-22 y helicópteros AH-64. Destruye sus fábricas de drogas, pero no alcances a los civiles o puede que te echen del país! Los señores de la droga no se quedarán quietos sin embargo ... Y han utilizado el dinero de la droga para un reunir un arsenal eficaz, desde misiles a cazas y más. Reune información de inteligencia para decidir los objetivos, y lanza aviones para llevar a cabo tus misiones.

ATAC se puede describir como dos juegos en uno. En el plano estratégico, es necesario averiguar cómo los capos de la droga se están formando y la mejor manera de destruir sus fábricas causando el mínimo daño a la población civil, mientras que defiendes tu propia base de los intrusos y atacantes. Puedes pedir vuelos de reconocimiento o reunir información de inteligencia de los rebeldes y los agentes de la DEA sobre el terreno. Cuando se obtiene la suficiente inteligencia, puedes emitir órdenes de destino para los (F-22 o AH-64 's).

Una vez que estás en el aire, el juego se convierte en simulador en primera persona, en el que debes volar a través de las selvas de América del Sur persiguiendo los objetivos que necesitas destruir mientras luchas contra las fuerzas mercenarias de los capos de la droga.

La forma de hacerlo afectará a las siguientes misones.
